Colorado Business Mingle Membership Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Colorado Business Mingle! These Terms and Conditions govern your membership with Colorado Business Mingle (“the Company”). By purchasing a membership with Colorado Business Mingle, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Membership Eligibility: Membership with Colorado Business Mingle is open to individuals and businesses who meet the eligibility criteria outlined on our website. The Company reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at its discretion.
- Membership Fees: Membership fees are payable annually and are non-refundable, except as outlined in the Refund Policy below. The Company reserves the right to modify membership fees at any time, with notice provided to members in advance.
- Refund Policy: Colorado Business Mingle offers a 72-hour refund policy for new memberships. If you are unsatisfied with your membership for any reason, you may request a refund within 72 hours of purchase. - Membership Benefits: Membership benefits, including access to events, resources, and networking opportunities, are subject to change at the discretion of the Company. The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of any changes to membership benefits in advance.
- Membership Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership for any member found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaging in conduct deemed harmful to the Company or its members. In the event of membership termination, membership fees will not be refunded.
